We do not do exchanges. Merchandise returned in original condition will be applied to the original form of payment.
- Returns must be made within 60 days of the purchase date listed on your order confirmation. When you receive your merchandise please take a moment to inspect the garment for damages, size, and color.
- For hygiene reasons we don't accept returns which have been washed, worn, smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animal hair.
- All sales of opened panties, wigs, hosiery, similar intimate items, giftcards, clearance merchandise (items ending in .98) and gifts with purchase are final and no returns will be accepted.
- Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Special offers are subject to adjustment due to returns and cancellations.
- Allow up to 10 business days for processing. Products must be returned in the original box and/or packaging. We recommend using a shipping carrier that can be insured and tracked. Hips & Curves is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
