Did you recently change your email address on file? Our rewards program is linked to your email address, so each time you change or update your email address a new reward account is created for you. You will only see and earn points for the active email address entered into your account.
But don't worry! We can track all points and are able to move them from one account to another. Just reach out to our customer service team, give them both emails, and let them know that you need your points combined to the new email address.
